As another month comes to a close, I’m excited to share a few of July’s highlights with you. From speaking engagements and podcast conversations to exciting opportunities ahead, here’s what we’ve been up to this month.

We began the month by hosting an Empire Mastermind Information Session alongside my co-guides, Elyse Archer and Michelle Chalfant. There is something incredibly powerful about bringing ambitious women into the same room to expand what’s possible. Every time we share the vision for The Empire Mastermind, I’m reminded that true transformation happens when business strategy, identity, and deep support come together to help women build the lives and legacies they know they’re meant for.

Shortly after, I traveled to Utah for the beautiful Nurture Your Soul event. It was one of those weekends that filled my heart in ways that are difficult to describe. I had the privilege of sharing the stage with an incredible group of women—including Cynthia Sumner, Missy Ashton, Brooke Hemingway, and Aniston Riekstins—as we each poured into the women who attended with our own unique messages, stories, and experiences. Being surrounded by women who are so deeply committed to growth, authenticity, and lifting one another up is something I’ll never take for granted.

One of the highlights of the month was being invited to teach inside Amberly Lago’s Mastermind. I had the opportunity to lead a workshop on how to prepare for a visual branding photo shoot, sharing why creating powerful images begins long before the camera ever comes out. It starts with clarity, intention, and understanding the story you want your presence to tell. It was such an honor to serve Amberly’s incredible community of entrepreneurs and leaders.

July also brought some exciting opportunities to continue the conversation beyond my own community.

A new episode of The Jessica Papineau Show, “The Five Relationships Every High Performer Needs,” featuring Justin Schenck, was released this month. In the episode, Justin shares a powerful framework for the five essential relationships every leader needs in order to grow personally, professionally, and with intention. It’s one of those conversations that leaves you thinking long after it’s over.

I also had the pleasure of joining Christina Deering’s podcast, The Real Reason You’re Not Being Seen with Jessica Papineau, where we pulled back the curtain on what it really takes to become visible as a leader—exploring how identity, personal style, and embodiment shape the way you show up long before the opportunities arrive. It was an honest conversation about stepping into the next version of yourself and allowing your external presence to reflect the leader you’re becoming.

Christina shared her own experience of working with me through my Signature Styling Experience and the transformation she experienced firsthand. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s really like to work together—or you’re curious about how intentional style can impact your confidence, leadership, and presence—this is an episode you won’t want to miss.

This month, my latest recurring column was published in Issue Three of Elyse Archer’s She Sells Magazine—a publication created by women, for women, to support leaders who are building wealth while living fully expressed, purpose-driven lives. It’s always an honor to contribute to a magazine that’s filled with the wisdom and insights of so many remarkable women who are redefining what leadership looks like today.

As you’re reading this, I’m on my way to NAEM’s Women’s Leadership Conference, where I’ll have the honor of speaking to executive women leaders from organizations across the country. Every opportunity to step into a room like this reminds me that style is one of the most underutilized leadership tools available. It’s not about clothing—it’s about embodiment. It’s about aligning your external presence with your internal authority so you lead with greater confidence, credibility, and influence long before you ever speak.

As I reflect on everything this month has held, I’m reminded that the greatest gift of this work isn’t the travel or the events. It’s the people. It’s the conversations that continue long after they’re over. The women who courageously decide they’re ready for something more. The friendships that deepen. The moments that quietly remind me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Thank you for being here, for following along, and for allowing me to be part of your journey.
